The booking sheet for this year’s Club Championship and A-Reserve Championship, to be played over 36 holes on Monday the 6th October is now available online. Players will need to book themselves in for the first round only, the draw will be repeated for the second round and booked by golf shop staff prior to play. Please note the revised grades for the 2014 Club Championships as per the Match Committee changes implemented from July 1: A-Reserve (G.A. 5.5-9.4), B-Grade (G.A. 9.5-15.4), C-Grade (G.A. 15.5-36.4)
Please note that the Board resolved at their recent meeting to review the structure for Club Championships with all matches to be played over 18 holes, with the exception of the final match that will remain over 36 holes. This decision has been made to bring the Club Championship format into line with major amateur Championships such as the Australian Amateur and the United States Amateur. Successful qualifiers in all grades will be given allocated time slots to play each round’s match, and will be notified of the draw by the Director of Golf via email.
