Celina Yuan and Amy Chu have come out as co-winners of the 2015 Lakes Cup. The pair, representing The Australian Golf Club and Bonnie Doon Golf Club respectively, both shot rounds of 70 (-4) playing the Ladies Championship Course. Conditions on the day were hot and blustery with the golf course exposing its teeth to many of the players, however Yuan managed 6 birdies in her round against just two bogeys, whilst Chu was equally impressive in a blemish free round featuring four birdies and fourteen pars.
In the Lakes Handicap Bowl, Colette Blacklock of Ryde-Parramatta took top honours with a solid nett score of 72, whilst Kara Williams of Avondale claimed the runner up spot with a nett 73.
