72 Hole Championship
Rounds 3 and 4 of the 72 Hole championship were played today with Joshua Armstrong (0) winning the Championship by a single shot!. Joshua lead the field by 2 shots in round 1 and extended his lead by 10 shots in round 2. Round 3 saw Joshua’s lead drop to 3 after struggling to a round of 82 to Cameron Haines’ 75. Both players fired in the final round, with Armstrong’s 1 under (71) just being good enough to beat Haines’ 3 under (69) for a 1 shot victory. Joshua finished with 302 to Cameron’s 303 total.

Club Championship (Pat Rhodes Memorial)
36 holes of qualifying rounds were played in conjunction with the third and fourth round of the 72 Hole Championship to determine the top 16 players for Matchplay. Round 1 leaders were Cameron Haines (75), Thomas Kadiev (76), and both Jason Ong and Vincent Clark both finishing with 77. Round 2 was highlighted by Haines shooting the low score of the day (69) to finish on an even par, taking out the Pat Rhodes Memorial Trophy on a total of 144. Ian Watt had a hole in one in round 2 on his way to shooting an excellent score of 76 in tough conditions.

A Reserve Championship
The A Reserve Championship is a 36 hole scratch event for players with Golf Australia handicaps between 5.5-9.0. Playing of a GA of 5.7, Evan Kargas shot rounds of 82, 76 to take out the Championship while qualifying in 3rd spot for the Club Championship.

W.Holder Memorial Trophy
The W.Holder Memorial Trophy is an A grade handicap event over 36 holes, and was won by Hugo Harnett (handicap 10) with nett scores of 80, 62!
