The Lakes welcomed back 67 ladies for the first day of the 2016 golfing season with a shotgun start team event.
Jan Round , who plays throughout the Summer season, led her team of Tracy Davison, Elizabeth Clemow and Sue Clark to a 91 point score in a 2 best stableford scores per hole competition. Runners up of Rosalyn Griffiths, Wendy Stiff, Joanne Parker and Beverley Everett couldn’t catch the leaders with a final score of 86 points.
