Come out and watch Adidas Golf Junior 6’s Tour at The Lakes 28th June 2021. We will be hosting about 70 of Australia’s top junior golfers with an 8am shotgun start followed by the top four players in three playoff competitions in the afternoon.
HELD IN OCTOBER, 2019, THE INAUGURAL JUNIOR 6S INVITATIONAL WAS HAILED AS A RESOUNDING SUCCESS.
The boys champion, Hayden Hopewell, has since gone on to win the WA Open against the country’s best professionals. The 2019 runner up in the boys, Elvis Smylie, has since claimed victory in multiple amateur tournaments, as well as finishing runner up in a PGA tour of Australasia event.
2020 saw Adidas come on board as title sponsor , as the Tour expanded to become a national series. With a season-long points race and the unique twist of boys competing against girls in the Super 6s Knockout, the Adidas Junior 6s earned significant global exposure.
In 2021, the growth continues with the birth of the Adidas Junior 6s Tour. Australasia’s best junior golfers will be teeing it up on some of Australia’s greatest golf courses, including The Lakes Golf Club.
Once again, competitors will be competing for numerous professional tournament exemptions and 4 Adidas Golf scholarships. These pathways and opportunities for our future stars ensures that the Adidas Junior 6s Tour has firmly cemented its status as the most exciting, and rewarding, junior golf tour in the world.
