“Cook-your-own” BBQ night

Friday 17th March

The BBQ will be fired up in the evening, ready for a post round golf meal.

Select from the Executive Chef’s short list of premium cuts

300g JACK CREEK ANGUS SIRLOIN – $45

300g ANGUS SCOTCH FILLET – $50

1kg ANGUS TOMAHAWK – $95

200g KING SALMON FILLET, GARLIC, PARSLEY & LEMON ZEST – $35

All meals include Gourmet Sausage, Sliced Onions, Southwest Slaw, Cos Leaf & Avocado Salad with Jacket Potato
