The Men’s B and C Grade qualifying will be held at a different time to the Club and A Reserve qualifying to ensure all players have the opportunity to qualify and to hopefully avoid the very large waiting lists we experienced during COVID.
Male players with a handicap of 5.7 to 9.6 will need to register for either the Club or the A Reserve Championship.

The Board has resolved that the new policy regarding the use of motorised carts in Club Championships for both female and male events is as below:
(a) “Motorised carts are not permitted in Championship events, unless the temperature is forecast to reach 35 degrees or more.
(b) A Member who is an approved restricted cart user may use a cart.
(c) The Committee may authorise a motorised cart if a competitor provides a medical certificate that states the Member “is physically unable to walk the golf course”. Such a medical certificate is to be dated within 14 days of the relevant Championship event.
(i) On presentation of such medical certificate the Member must during any competition event use a cart for the period specified in the medical certificate.
(ii) In the event the Club determines due to inclement weather carts will not be allowed on the course, the Member will not be able to compete in the relevant Championship event on that day.
(d) In matchplay, if a player is granted permission to use a motorised cart, then their opposition will be offered the use of a cart for that match too. It is etiquette, if playing a match, to inform your opponent at least 24 hours beforehand if you intend to use a cart.”
