Course Update

The course has recovered extremely well from renovations four weeks ago and greens will return to optimum in the coming weeks. Fairways and the majority of green surrounds have completely recovered. The 4th hole construction project has been completed on schedule and under budget. The course designer is pleased with the result and play returned to the normal 4th green on Saturday 3rd October. The new turf on the green extension and the green surrounds is establishing well and all Members are requested to ensure that no person walks through these areas.
The driving range teeing area extension to the right has been completed and this will result in Members continuing to have the same area for practicing and warming up even though the teaching facility has reduced the area on the left edge of the range tee. Two new fairway practice bunkers have been added to the right edge of the range to ensure Members can continue to practice this shot. This extension will be available for use by December. The mounding to be completed on the boundary of the range and the 11th hole will be amended and completed on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th October.
